The Bara Imambara houses Asia’s largest hall without any external support from beams.

Golconda Fort, Hyderabad

 

Hyderabad is another city rich in its old world’s charm of art and culture. The Golconda Fort consists of four different forts encircled with a 10 km wall speaking of its brilliant engineering and architecture from the Bahmani and Qutb Shah dynasty.

Chettinad Palace, Tamil Nadu

 

The Chettinad Palace is situated in the Sivaganga district of Tamil Nadu. The Chettinad Palace was built in the year 1912 and is a perfect example of Chettinad architecture. Surrounded by the lush greens on either side of the palace, the monument is an attraction for all architecture lovers. Grand patios leading to beautifully adorned hallways, the Chettinad palace is sight for sore eyes.
